Feature Requests

It would be nice to add support for markup so you could create bold , italic text, headings, * Lists and --- dividers. ✌🏻

Sometimes I want to attach more than just an image to help my users see the issue. Sometimes a PDF with some larger details would be easier to show. Sometimes a video (see https://feedback.canny.io/feature-requests/p/video-attachments ). Being able to do this would also allow the community to serve as a an ad-hoc support service.

Allow video attachments because sometimes a single photo isn't enough to explain the issue.

Ability to see how many people viewed a changelog post.

It would be helpful to filter which Gong calls should be analyzed by Autopilot.

Currently, users are not warned that deleting a post will delete all comments and cannot be undone.

A lot of my sessions on Canny involve me working on the boards at night. I would like it if Canny can respect my system wide dark mode settings.

Slack updates for new changelog entries

Currently, users have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the voter list to export it. Can we anchor that?
