Show whether a Canny post is linked to a Jira issue

While scanning Canny, it's hard to tell which posts are linked to Jira and which aren't. It takes too much effort to click into every post to check.

Showing whether the post is linked in the post list view makes this way easier.

The plan is to support pushing to Jira from the ideas tab. If there is a linked issue, you'll be able to open it from the idea list.

Currently it’s quite time consuming to see which posts in Canny I have linked to Jira.

I would love to see that quickly in the overview and to be able to filter on: linked to Jira
