Improve timestamps with relative and exact times

"February 18" could mean it was submitted 23 hours ago or 23 seconds ago. It would be awesome to see the time as well as the date. (Though once you reach 24+ hours ago, the time doesn't matter all that much, so maybe there could be some variables)
When I see a full date, I automatically assume that it isn't today because of how standard relative times have become on the web. It would be great to see some recency like "5 hours ago" or "Yesterday at 9pm".

Totally agree. Looking at your screenshot, it makes the site feel a lot more active because when I see a date I'm used to thinking that means some date in the past.
