Turn off commenting on completed/closed reports

It would be nice to prevent people from leaving comments on canny bug reports that are marked completed. If we could instead direct them to make a new bug report so that we can reply all to everyone reporting the same bug instead of replying to each it'd be helpful.

We absolutely need this or we end up getting customers arguing about the way we built a feature. It is such a basic item missing from Canny where this is a purpose built software.

This would be a useful option for resolved statuses or, more generally, as a moderation feature. ("Lock comments") The ability to block new comments on a thread is a common feature of discussion software: for instance, if a giant debate spawns among users it can be useful to prohibit new comments.

I'd like the ability to lock a single post. For example, when a post is marked as complete we still have customers commenting on it. On an individual post level I'd like the ability to just turn off commenting and voting.
