Multiple Scores in Roadmap

I want one score without effort divisor and one score with effort divisor. The problem is the moment you introduce effort to a score calculation, everything without effort is zeroed out. So I'd like to be able to sort my roadmap by
Score (Ranking)
Score (WSJF/Effort)
We have two needed views, how important to the company is this (Ranking), and which should we work on next (WSJF/Effort).
Note: this would also reach parity with Productboard and ClickUp, both of which offer this.

Thank you for posting, Golden poppy Horse! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the scoring system to work, specifically the difference between the 'Ranking' and 'WSJF/Effort' scores?
- Could you explain how you currently use the scoring system and how the proposed changes would improve your workflow?
- Are there specific features in Productboard and ClickUp's scoring systems that you would like to see implemented in our product?

Sarah Hum Sure.
- We use three values for our features:
Revenue Impact 0-5 stars (mapping to $fibonacci internally, 0-55k+/mo)
Urgency 0-5 stars (no deadline, this year, this quarter, this month, this week, today)
Opportunity/Risk 0-5 stars (self-explanatory)
In one score, we want to know where these stand by overall importance (sum of above 3)
In another score, we want to know where these stand by what to work on next, that score divided by SWAG/effort, yielding highest bang for the buck.
- See above, we review weekly
- I'd prefer to be able to do score 0-5 instead of stars, but that's a nice to have and not critical.
