I'd like to collect feedback from any website using a Chrome Extension. I could highlight text from the page, tap the Canny chrome extension, and it would auto-populate the selected text and page URL into a new feedback Post. I could then create feedback on behalf of customers from any CRM, ticketing system, etc. without leaving my workflow.
Similar to a Salesforce integration, be able to add feedback from a customer directly on their profile.

Improve Canny SDK to link SSO users with their Intercom user profile
Ideally Canny would automatically link users with their Intercom profile when they log in via SSO.
A lot of our requests are high-level initiatives that live in our Monday.com roadmap. Our Jira integration is helpful for micro use-cases but not these. It would be great to have an integration where Canny posts can link to Jira. Monday.com is blowing up (in a good way) as a product so I'd expect significantly more of these.
