I'd like to collect feedback from any website using a Chrome Extension. I could highlight text from the page, tap the Canny chrome extension, and it would auto-populate the selected text and page URL into a new feedback Post. I could then create feedback on behalf of customers from any CRM, ticketing system, etc. without leaving my workflow.

We have an add-on for Jira Cloud (https://feedback.canny.io/integrations/p/jira-cloud). We should be able to re-use some of that to create a similar experience for Jira Server.
Similar to a Salesforce integration, be able to add feedback from a customer directly on their profile.
The crisp.chat integration would allow you to copy and paste a canny post URL into the comments/notes section of the crisp chat. And when the feature is closed, it will reopen the chat to remind one of the admins to followup with the user about the feature being completed. Nice to have would be the ability to create canny issues directly from the crisp app. The Github / Intercom integration does a good job of this (and the first suggestion) https://docs.intercom.com/integrations/github-integration and would be a way to model the features.
