I am getting error 400 while submitting comments. Please check screenshots. May I know why is it like this?

When getting a weekly new feedback email from Canny for our canny board, when I click the link to the feature request, Canny logs me in as a user that is not me. The username does not match mine and neither does the email.

Keeps telling me an unknown error occurred and to try again later.

Exporting data from the feedback view or board settings is not always successful.

Even when there are new posts, I don't see notifications and I can't check my feed to see which posts I have seen and which I haven't

Impossible to see the text you’re typing on a phone if your text is longer than the screen. The text box scrolls to the top every time you input a character. Reproduce: Create a new Canny post on canny.io website. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro. Type a bunch of text so that the text box is larger than the portion of the screen that’s visible when the keyboard is open You should see that every time you input a character at the bottom, the screen jumps to the top and you can’t see what you’re typing.

We have a workaround so it's not urgent, but the intercom widget sits on top of buttons in AutoPilot.

I tried signing in with my Google ID, but I am getting a message that the email ID- password is incorrect. Come on...how can this be if we are using Google sign-in? Please fix this. This is both for Canny feedback and on my own website for which I am considering using Canny.

When users are downgrading, they have to know to scroll down to complete the steps. Example conversation Even if we just auto-scroll for them, that would be a big help here.
