When we mention our internal team using internal comments on posts, they get an email notification. However, they find that emails get lost very easily and they miss important updates about issues they reported as a result.
We use Slack all the time in our day-to-day, more than email. It would be useful if our team got notified in Slack when:
- They are mentioned in a comment on any Canny post
- Someone comments on a post they created or voted on
