Boards serving Gulf audiences need a full Arabic (RTL) language pack: board navigation, category names, vote buttons and all notification emails mirrored and translated. At the moment we have to explain basic board actions to users in a separate help post.

For reference, our own portal for this audience is https://uaemercury.com/ and almost every support question we get is from Arabic speakers who struggle with English-only interfaces. A proper language pack would remove that friction inside Canny boards too.
