For now Canny integration is usable only in channels. When users type "/" they cannot see Canny integration in the list.

Slack doesn't support using /commands from threads but the Canny shortcut is available! Use the three-dot menu on any message in a thread to access the Canny integration.

Prospective Cougar

Currently, /canny only deploys on the main channel level. We should do what we can to allow /canny to be deployed at the thread level.
