Hello, I have a couple of questions about Canny - Jira integration.
When I asked the Chatbot, I was asked to put the question in the feedback so I am putting them here.
  1. What happens when I don't have a rule created for a specific Jira status? Ex: I have a status called "On Hold" in Jira. If I do not create a rule for "On Hold" what does Canny do with that feedback when Jira ticket moves into On Hold status?
  2. What happens if I create 2 different rules for the same Jira status. Ex: I have a status called "In development" in Jira. If I create a rule for any Jira issues that are "In development" to move Canny posts to "Under Development" and another rule for any Jira issues that are "In development" to move Canny posts to "Scheduled for development". Which rule will run?
  3. There is a possibility to add multiple Jira issues to a single Canny feedback. If each of these Jira issues are in different statuses, which rule will apply to that Canny feedback?
