I see this is an old ask -there is a new competitor (acute) that has integration into messenger/operator in Intercom so that users can not only see and leave feedback, but also the roadmap... I really don't want to have to switch over. Can we get a timeline on this?

This is our workflow … I have a Bot that launches when customers open up the chat… I make them choose between the following choices (Question, Issue, Feature Request, etc.)… If they choose Feature Request, I’d love to insert App > Canny - But it isn’t an option. This option exists in other places, but not here. Check out photos. Thanks.
