This would be buying decisive for us. We also use Hubspot for ticketing. So creating feature requests from tickets would be essential. But also from deals, and contacts. So it is not only like salesforce, but also like Zendesk and Mailchimp.
And the info should also be on a contact record. Then we could for example directly segment users that make many feature requests and send them automated marketing emails to take R&D polls or enroll in beta/lead user programs. So this would supercharge everything.
