That's not the problem, at least for us. The problem for us the the Canny User Interface language.

Sarah Hum agreed with Scarlet Parakeet, I don't believe user generated content is the priority ! It is the user interface language which should be first phase. I'm not sure user generated content should be translated at all in most cases.
In my case, Canny is unusable because 95% of our users use accessibility screen-readers such as Voiceover in French. English text read by a french screen-reader voice is garbled and incomprehensible.

Scarlet Parakeet Helpful Galliform Colossal Pike: Thanks for following up! Definitely appreciate your case. We're doing user generated content first as it is lower effort and more heavily requested by paying customers. Several teams' customers operate in multiple languages.
Phase 2 will include translations for the other strings in your Canny portal.
Please make sure you've voted on the languages you care about in our language board so we can make sure we cover the languages you care about.
