As a user, I have some feedback about this.
Currently, the translations (German for me, because of browser settings) are really confusing. Sometimes, technical or product-specific terms are translated word-by-word.
Also, there's no way to globally, or at least tennant-specifically, disable the auto-translation. This makes browsing feature requests frustrating. Just give the users a button to always show the original post/comment by default. We can still very easily click the "Translate" button of a specific post.

Users are speaking different languages. If there's a tool (like Google Translators) could translate others' post & comments into his own language, it would be very helpful. Facebook, Trip Advisor also have this function.

I need the Canny product strings to be fully translated into French, in addition to the user-generated content. This would make the platform more accessible and user-friendly for French-speaking users.

As a prospective customer, I would highly value such a feature. Any business with a global userbase would highly benefit from it. Adding this feature would allow all users to participate to the same conversation, merging inputs across languages and preventing the creation of silos (ideas, comments, upvotes split between languages).
We could use a specialized AI tool to automatically translate posts, comments (even the user interface) in the given user's target language.
This way, users could discuss and share ideas in whichever language they prefer and have a unique, global conversation together, whether they speak English, Spanish, or Chinese.

Hi Sarah, how can we give you feedback? for example... right know for us it is a deal breaker the multilenguage, i like that depends on the browse change the lenguage but ... the board is the main thing and it is not translating... is planned to be translated?
