We would rather only use the voting ability and disable the ability for users to submit posts. Posts would be submitted by admins only.

You can not turn off new posts from non-admins! With this setting on, end users will only see the board description when they visit your board.
This setting can be found under Settings → Boards → Create Post Form. You'll need to toggle it off on every board you want this to apply to.
This feature is available for teams on the Growth plan and above.

There are some boards that we'd like to keep around for existing feedback but would like to stop requesting new feedback. Please give us a way to deactivate the "Create Post Form" while still allowing users to submit comments/upvotes to existing feedback.
