We've released an option to turn off new posts from non-admins. This feature will be helpful if:
- You want to have people contact your support team with their feedback
- A lot of your users are ignoring similar post suggestions and creating duplicates
- You have many posts so new ideas are infrequent
With this setting on, non-admins will only see the board description when they visit your board.
This setting can be found under Settings → Boards → Create Post Form. You'll need to toggle it off on every board you want this to apply to.
This feature is available for teams on the Growth plan and above.
