In addition, I want to search on a multiple (not all) board. In a service, there're multiple boards for bug reports / feature requests for each subsystems. Some bugs / features affects multiple subsystem so I want to search across multiple boards.
(Of cource, if we can search on one board, we can do with searching multiple times.)

Hi all,
Filtering by all boards was a deliberate change to help reduce duplicate posts across separate boards, as it's not uncommon for end-users to misidentify where a post might belong.
It's still possible to filter and search your feedback by board in the administrative view, so if your use case involves administrators searching for feedback, that is the recommended solution today.
If you have a use-case where it's important for end-users to search a specific board, please reply to this comment with details, as we'd love to learn more.

Adam Laycock: In a service with a very large volume of posts, searching across boards can, make it difficult to find posts that may be duplicates. This is especially true if there is a duplication of words within a term within a service.
Would you provide the feature to filter search by board as optional, usually with search across boards?

Adam Laycock: In one large service, it is recommended to check that there are no similar submissions before submitting to avoid duplicates. This is because multiple duplicate submissions will spread out the votes and make it more difficult for the administrators to find them.
However, I have experienced many times where relevant posts are hidden and cannot be found due to the appearance of posts in other categories when searching.
This forces the administrators to review all posts and proactively merge similar ones, which is not an easy task since the service currently has about 14,000 posts across all boards. Users will try to find duplicates, but do you think a full board cross search will work properly for these?
Once, as a user, I reviewed all posts (about 800 posts) that existed on a board and compiled information on duplicates, etc. This was because the search was not working as intended by showing posts from other boards. Indeed, the administrator was unaware of the duplicates until I did this and did not merge them. In this situation, "help reduce duplicate posts across separate boards" has not been achieved.
The current search across all boards would be nice, but as "100の人" said, please also implement a search for each board. I don't want to go through that process again.
P.S. For additional information, Canny of that service currently has 14 boards.

It used to be possible to search by board, but due to the following specification change on 2022-05-07, it is no longer possible.

I agree, everything should be filterable by board. This is also an issue when creating a new post. It suggests posts that match from all boards, not just the one you are currently in.
