Howdy all,
We've just released support for sending emails from a custom email domain! You can read more about it here.
The feature is available on our Business tier. Shoot us a message and our team is happy to put together a quote.

Howdy all,
I'm working on making it possible for your outgoing emails come from a custom domain. I'm hoping to get it shipped in the coming weeks, stay tuned!

Personally, I consider my report of this issue to be a bug report and not a "feature request". In my case, when I click on the link from canny.io it doesn't honor the shared login system so it makes the button effectively broken and frustrating for end users.
If sending emails as canny.io is the expected and correct behavior than I'd like to know what I can change about my Canny configuration to make sure my customer's don't see a locked out screen when they follow the link.

I totally support this. Our users are in the app and they know nothing about Canny. They have never registered for Canny (which is awesome!) and they got to vote for things right in the app. So the emails from Canny make no sense for them.

This is an imperative one for sending e-mails. Most people are on high-alert for phishing and spam these days; e-mails branded with my companies logo, coming from 'canny.io' are more than likely going straight to the trash can.

Same experience here, getting reports from customers considering these mails as spam.

Experienced Seahorse: Hi Nik, thanks for reporting this. Can you clarify whether our emails are arriving in the spam box, or if customers just believe they're "spammy", but they are properly delivered to their inbox?

Andrew Rasmussen: they are properly delivered. I think customers believe they are spammy because they don't recognize the from address (hello@canny.io).

Even just custom branding would be great
