Send Canny notification emails from a custom email address

Currently, all Canny emails to your users come from notifications@canny.io.

We now support sending those emails from a custom domain! For example, you could send those emails from updates@yourcompany.com. This is great for improving trust as not everyone will be familiar with Canny.

The custom email address feature is available on the Business tier as an add-on. Shoot us a message and our team is happy to put together a quote.
