Golden poppy Horse: We refreshed the UI but that functionality should still be available. Make sure the author is someone other than yourself.

When adding a vote on behalf of a user, you can now include an internal comment. This is available in Canny admin, Chrome extension, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Slack.
