Add a shortcut for Slack app

I created a feedback channel for our staff in Slack and have installed the Canny app. I'd like our users to easily be able to submit a post.
Our internal staff may not understand that they need to add a /canny command in the message box of a channel.
It would be awesome if we could have a shortcut to launch the Canny form from a slack channel. (see image for example)

Same here - I even made the channel read-only so they are forced to use Canny. But without having an official Slack Shortcut on your Slack app, they are not able to launch the command in a read only channel.
