Update Portal fields from the ideas table

Admins can now read and update portal fields (board, tags, categories, ETA, portal status) directly from the ideas table.

These fields are marked with an eye icon and tinted on hover to remind you that these are public fields. Adjustments to these fields from the table will affect the portal.
