Knowledge Hub for Autopilot

Improve feedback discovery with Autopilot’s new Knowledge Hub. Autopilot gains a deeper understanding of your product, ensuring accurate identification of feedback. We recommend uploading documents like your help center, developer docs, and internal wikis.
How it works
  1. Head to your Knowledge Hub in settings to upload your documents.

  1. When Autopilot detects that a customer is asking for an existing feature, it will show up in your Autopilot inbox with a "Existing feature" label. If you're in automated mode, the suggestion will automatically be dismissed.
