Two of our top requested features involve comments on Canny. Thanks to all of you who voted, here are some new additions:
💬 Internal comments
For those times when you've wanted to discuss a request with your team while keeping in context with the post.
- Adding relevant notes from customer calls
- Communicating progress on a feature between product and customer-facing teams
- Link to other relevant documents (ex. related posts, tasks, scope docs, etc.)
In your admin view, toggle between public and internal in your comment composer:
Internal comments are available on our Growth plan and above.
💖 Comment likes
You may have seen these in your comments already. Likes are a great way for you and your users to leave lightweight feedback.
