Fathom and Grain for Autopilot

Connect Fathom or Grain so Autopilot can capture feedback from your external calls.

Insights are added to existing ideas or a new idea is created if no match is found. Product signals from customer conversations land in Canny with no work from your team.

Set up Fathom

Go to your Fathom settings page
Click "Connect Fathom" and go through authentication. Make sure the connecting account is able to view all the calls you want Canny to capture
Canny pulls feedback from external calls in the past 30 days, then keeps syncing new calls automatically

Set up Grain

A Grain workspace admin generates a Workspace Access Token in Grain under Settings → Integrations → API
Paste that token into Canny on the Grain settings page
