When posts are really popular, it can be difficult and time-consuming to read through all of the comments. Canny comment summaries are here to help give you an idea of what your customers are saying on high-interest ideas.
When a post goes above 10 comments, you'll see a new Summarize button:
Any admin can generate a comment summary which will appear under the original post.
