Attachments on insights

Insights now support attachments, so you can include files alongside the feedback you capture.

This is helpful when you want to add deeper context. Consider adding things like a screenshot from a support ticket, a transcript from a customer call, or a PDF from a user research interview. Attaching these directly to the insight keeps everything in one place.
There are three ways to add an attachment to an insight:
  • Click the Add attachments button
  • Drag and drop a file
  • Copy and paste a file directly into the insight box
This feature is available to all teams in the Ideas beta.
