User Segments: "or" instead of just "and"

Right now user segments find just users who match all of the rules in your user segment. It'd be nice to have an "any" vs "all" option, to be able to select people who match any of the rules, basically treating them as an "or" instead of an "and".

This would be helpful for us as well. Trying to create a segment for a specific list of customers that do not share any common traits that could be used to build the segment.
I was hoping to just list out Customer Name = "" OR "" OR "" OR "" etc. but with only the "And" statement it's not possible.

To provide an example, currently the two rules "email includes @example.com" and "email includes @test.com" matches no users when I'd expect the segment to include all users with @example.com AND all users with @test.com. So the segment rules today mean "Include every<thing> that matches BOTH condition1 and condition 2". That might make sense for tags, or maybe "<status> AND <tag>" for example. But doesn't make sense for other situations.

Same here. We dont get a lot of value out of the user segments without manually adding individual users.

This would solve a lot of segmentation issue. Instead of creating multiple different segments, we can combine and get better direction.
