We use Segment as our main CDP tool, and don't want to bundle any additional SDKs, so it's great that Canny has some integrations already to sync users into Canny via Segment
However for us we often we get feedback which is not specifically from an existing user of our product, but instead someone else within the company (eg somebody in the management of that company). Therefore it would be great to also sync in the groups via our existing Segment group calls
