Sarah Hum A vision would be to analyze which parts of our product is in the focus of our clients and how this focus changes over time. Of course you can analyze this "by hand" with the filter tools of canny, but it would be great when Canny analyzes the feedback (including discussions between the customers in the threads of Canny points) automatically and shows trends on the Dashboard page. (We do the same with our Support-Ticketsystem to monitor how changes in our product produce or reduce amount of support tickets assigned to the specific part of our product.)
