Swap editor & preview panes in new Changelog page

In most cases, one would expect the preview pane to be on the right and the editor on the left. This kind of threw me off and I tried to type a title in the preview pane.

It's super confusing having them this way around. I find myself constantly trying to type into the preview especially as they look so similar.
Typing into a box at the far right hand side of the screen is a very counter-intuitive User Interface.
The text boxes in the centre are directly in your eyeline, so they'd be much more suitable.
