Add "Open" to board status filter options

Add the default "Open" status to the board status filter options so that users can see only items that are in the default status.
This is important as users reviewing the feedback of others may want to see posts that have not been triaged by feedback portal contributors and... it's a valid status: why is it missing from the list? :)

When you complete a Feature Request or Issue the dropdown shows a total count of posts. This number should reflect only open items or at least have an option to show only open items.

When viewing feedback as an end-user I often want to see issues which are unprioritized/unstatus'd. This allows me to essentially view untriaged issues.

Yes, ideally I think end-users should have the option to use the powerful site-wide filter options admins do: labels, saved searches, multiple board views at once, etc.
> How often do you find yourself needing to filter by the 'Open' status?
Daily to check for untriaged items.

Hi Estimated Sloth, I believe we already subtract complete and closed posts in the count. Are you sure it's including those? You may need to refresh to see updated counts after you change a status.
