Currently, admins only get status change updates via the admin digest email. We're planning to send instant emails to admins on posts they've voted on.

The option for admin voters to get an email would be nice. we have other systems in place to handle internal communication so this would be lower priority. Still useful overall though.

Temporary Swift: Not currently, the notifications are configured per event type (new post, status update, etc.), not per person.
