You are now able to filter which Gong calls Canny Autopilot processes for feedback by Gong workspace and trackers. We recommend everyone who is integrated with Gong to reinstall the integration. You can do this from your Gong integration settings.

We would like the ability to filter Gong calls in the Autopilot feature to only include calls with external customers, excluding internal calls. This would ensure that only relevant customer feedback is captured and analyzed.
