Show job role so customers know who's replying to them

Rather than just show my name in the comments section when replying to customers, also show my title. It's great if our customers know they're speaking with either a "Product Manager" or a "Customer Success" person etc. Your role could just be added to your profile.

Quick follow up to my request here, I've simply added my role to my name in settings so it'll do for now :D
