We allow our internal teams (CS, Sales) to mark the priority of a vote in Canny to help us, the PMs, better understand how important it is for the customer
We can then understand the priority per customer, and review all the Must Have on a weekly basis.
We tried working with it within Canny but the automation feature is really poor (don't support update trigger, don't support native fields, don't supprt Fields update).
We also tried working with the API, which is also very limited (can't update roadmap/owner).
So our final option is get webhooks and build our solution around it manually
