I think it would be awesome if end users were able to subscribe to Slack notifications for new changelog posts.
Technically this can be accomplished using the RSS feed from the Canny changelog alongside the RSS app for Slack, but a native, customer-facing Canny app for Slack would make it easier for users to get product updates in a more modern way.
