With some companies, users aren't always active. They might give feedback once or twice every few months. It would be great if "Tracked users" are kept to users who have submitted feedback or comments in the past 3-4 months instead of all time activity. I realize removing users is an option; however, if that same user came back after a few month to submit more feedback then removing their accounts wouldn't be good idea, and on the other hand paying for tracked users that have been inactive for months (and might come back) isn't ideal.
