Private board whitelist across all private boards

Currently, a single use acquires access to the specific private board they're currently authenticating into. Even if they technically have access to another private board, it doesn't show up until they explicitly access that board. In several cases, it makes sense to show all private boards once a user authenticates into one.

Just had this issue with our staff. If someone is auth'ed into a board it should appear in their account without them having to visit the new board, log in again, etc.
