Option to delete/ban a user but mark their posts/comments as "anonymous" and keep them instead of deleting everything

Currently everything will be wiped when admins delete a user. That's not cool. At least admins should have the option to anonymize the author but keep all the posted stuff.

Ideally, we would have 3 options:
1) Disabling a user (preserving all entries)
2) Deleting a user profile (preserving all entries)
3) Deleting a user profile (deleting all entries)

My preference is that when we deactivate a user, we have the option to leave their name intact, but prevent them from being able to add more feedback. The situation is that we have a former leadership employee whose feedback we want to preserve (along with his name), however we want to prevent him from being able to add any more feedback. Since we do not use SSO with Canny yet, we cannot restrict his access to Canny that way.
There might be instances where we want to anonymize the author when we deactivate a user, but we'd like to be able to make that decision on a case-by-case basis.

Hi there, can you explain why you're deleting a user when you don't want their feedback?
