Sometimes teams don't want a status change to notify all voters.

Now when you select a post status, you'll see a checkbox to notify all voters. Uncheck and we won't send any emails!

I noticed that I set something to a status that I didn't actually want but didn't want to spam people with notifications by changing it back. It would be nice to optionally not notify people.
