Open the admin Canny link rather than public Canny link from Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity page

After adding/creating a Canny post from an SFDC opportunity, our solutions consultants then click the Canny link to view the post so they can add themselves as a voter and add additional voters. Right now, because the public link opens, they can't actually add additional voters without first clicking "Admin view." This is proving to be just too many clicks in the workflow for our team, who are trying to capture feedback quickly in the 30 seconds they might have in between back to back sales calls. If the admin Canny link opened from SFDC instead, they'd be able to easily add voters and see the latest internal comments (often these are important updates from our product managers, talk tracks to use with customers, etc.)

Hiya Native Swift, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information or features do you need to access immediately when the admin view opens?
- Are there any specific roles or permissions required for users who need to access the admin view directly from SFDC?
- How frequently do your solutions consultants need to switch between the public and admin views during their workflow?

Sarah Hum thank you! 1. Internal comments & access to add voters are the most important. You obviously can't see internal comments on the public view and you can only add yourself as a voter from that view. 2. Just Contributor. 3. Ideally they only work in the admin view because it's more information-rich and full featured - they can view ARR/opp data, see the full list of companies and opps linked, see all the internal comments and updates from PMs, etc. They never really need to access the public view.
