+1 here! We currently have a bunch of separate tools for NPS, feedback, surveys, and I'd love to be able to consolidate as much as possible here and just use one tool!
Similar to the surveys feature that Featurebase have just added!

Can we have In-App NPS, CSAT and Surveys as well? In general or to target a specific user journey.
I would especially use it for "CES Surveys" at end of specific user journeys within our Products.

Without this, again, the customer feedbacks will be in some excel or other places which I as a PM would hate to have multiple sources of truth.
