Notify admin and notify user when Autopilot auto-classifies something

I just discovered an entire backlog of automatically merged feedback on my roadmap, nearly all of which was incorrectly merged, and I had no idea any of this feedback had even come in because I didn't receive a notification for it.
Additionally, I have no idea if the end-user was notified that their post was auto-merged into another post (I have no visability into this process and the admin screen does not communicate this either).
The result of this is me doing damage control on several months old requests that users are probably wondering why they didn't get a response, and I cannot see any notifications that these came in and were automatically processed.
I've turned off all autopilot processing and integrations because of these issues.

Thanks for sharing this. Finding a backlog of incorrectly auto merged feedback with no clear visibility or notifications is really frustrating.
We hear you on two things here
1 Admin notifications when Autopilot auto classifies or auto merges something so it does not happen silently
2 Clear visibility into whether the end user was notified when their post was auto merged and what it was merged into
We will share this with the team. We will let you know when we have an update.
