Make post timestamps permalinks

I find it's pretty common behavior for timestamps to also be permalinks to whatever entity they're a timestamp for. We should do this for posts.

How is this complete? On this page, all the timestamps link to the question, instead of to the comment anchor.
I see that in the page source comments don't even have IDs!

Yes! There is currently no way to get a permalink from the widget.

Would you expect the widget permalink to link to the widget or to productpains.com? We aren't yet set up to permalink to the community widget but linking to productpains.com seems like a reasonable workaround for now.
