When a post has been linked to changelog entries, add a link to those entries from the feedback tab.

Hey Collective Locust, thanks for your feedback! Following up on this:
- Can you provide an example of a situation where this feature would have been useful for you?
- How often do you find yourself needing to refer back to the changelog entries from the feedback tab?
- Would you like to see the entire changelog entry in the feedback tab or just a link to the entry?

- whenever i am fixing a specific bug or feature, i would like to link it to a changelog directly. right now i have to go to the draft entry and then add it from there. (would be nice if drafts could be ordered up top in the dropdown then)
- for every post/bug i fix/implement
- a link is fine, similar to the roadmap
