If a user views feedback.yoursite.com, there should be a link somewhere back to yoursite.com, so they can get back to the main application.

Yeah I'm a bit surprised this isn't already a thing. We just launched Canny and it immediately became a confusing process for our first batch of users.

All this needs is a link that says "Back to Roots" linking back to our main site.

Bump as of August 2020. An override setting to have the name of the company redirect to a link instead of the hosted Canny page would be a fine workaround.
