When you create a jira issue from Canny, Canny selects the first jira project in the list. When I'm creating an issue, I'm naturally thinking about coming up with a good name for the issue and describing it well....as a result, It's very easy to forget to change the project when creating the issue. Because of the way we filter things in jira, once an issue is placed in the wrong project, it's basically in a black hole. So, a customer gives us great feedback, we feed it into jira so that we can plan the work, and then it suffers a sad and lonely death.
Each of our users has a project that they usually work from, so giving the user the ability to set their default project would prevent this problem from happening so often.
