Include ID of user that added a tag

When requesting tag info from the API/in webhooks, it'd be great if we could get the ID of the user that added a tag.
Our use case: we have some automations that raise a support ticket in our CRM when a specific tag is applied to a post. It'd be great if we could include details about which colleague raised the support ticket (added the tag).

- Can you provide more details about the specific information you would like to see about the user who added the tag?
- Are there any specific tags that this feature should be limited to, or should it apply to all tags?
- Would you find it useful to also know the date and time when the tag was added?
