Fix the claustrophobic Ideas Beta UI for the changelog

The new ui for the site is particularly awkward when viewing the changelog on small screens. Until you click edit, there is a huge blank area on the screen, and the rest of it looks crowded. As a result, it feels very claustrophobic.

Possible solutions:

Make it responsive, so you show the changelog at full width until you click edit, which creates the side-by-side view.
Make the whitespace collapsible.
get rid of the white space entirely from the full view.

Thanks for sharing this. The screenshot and the specific suggestions are really helpful.
Totally hear you on the changelog view feeling cramped on smaller screens, especially with that large blank area before you click Edit. We will share this with the team as feedback on the Ideas Beta changelog layout and responsiveness.
